This note is to tell about the experience we have had
with David Lewis & Associates. We have used the DLA system for almost
three years now and still enjoy all the benefits that the system gives. There

I have been using your system for more than 4yrs now
and I must say that this has been the best system I’ve ever used. Your
Auto System Online allows me to start with a fresh up through V-800 leads
and close the deal without changing screens. By the way, did I mention with
the maximum gross available for the best call given through DealerTrack submitted
from Auto Systems? That meant, I received my app, pulled credit, submitted
it to DealerTrack, received my approvals, and selected the best vehicle that
had the biggest gross. Then pushed the deal. I thought that this system would
be hard to learn being that it offers so much, but I found that the technical
support is also as good or better. There hasn’t been a time when I have
had a problem and tech support hasn’t been available. I even had a problem
that was unrelated to their system and tech support walked me through the
proper steps to correct the problem. I would recommend this system to any
dealer (Not in my Market) that is looking for an advanced way of maximizing
business.

I am writing this letter to let everyone know that I am very pleased with this system. Len Lyall Chevrolet went live with this system February 1, 2007. We used another system prior to this system. I compared the features from them to Auto Systems Online and found that the only difference between the two systems is the price. I have to admit that David Lewis saved our company about $1400 a month. That’s a lot of money that I can use for additional advertising.
With our other system we had problems downloading our inventory from our mainframe Quorum, but DLA was able to pull our inventory from Quorum and transfer it to Auto System Online automatically every night. That was one BIG thing that our other system could not do for me.
I was also very impressed that DLA was willing to make some custom changes to the system to fit our needs, no other vendor has ever done that for us.
